13.2 on sup regs: The maximum number of entries per class is to be 40...

Since there is no qualifiing, some riders are keen to get their entry in real early ,but the www.samotocross.com.au and www.masa.org.au websites have no access to an entry form/payment/link etc ??

I think it's very expensive, especially when coming from interstate, looking forward to the meet but still expensive

I'd like to see the line up at the gate at midday, as over 90 per cent from interstate.  not being able to sleep there wednesday will mean having to find another motel for the night as all the trailers will be full

Yeah, it is a bit of a worry. I'm not overly worried though - eighty dollars extra makes SFA difference when you consider the total cost of petrol, accomodation, etc etc.
I'd still prefer the cash in my pocket, though.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

#  I have no control on the entry fee, $180 was the clubs number. I think this was based on the fact Broadford charged $185 plus $15 per bike there-after But if you read carefully you only hire transponders for every other bike itself you enter.  ( this is at cost - thats what they hire us the Transponder for)  And this entry fee has to cover the clubs cost for the ma PERMITS ETC, EVEN BEFORE THEY OPEN THE GATES.

# But we will do everything we can in our power to get you as much track time as possible, given we have increased the laps per race already, but also create time permitting options for all powers, spectaculars etc. GIven you ALL HAVE SUPPORTED the col metcher propsal maybe next year we wont have to cover so many events in the one weekend and as such the price can go down and the events per rider/ bike go up.    But given the current format we will be pushing to get as many many event through as we can in the time allowed, also we hope to run 3 full Sidecar eras so its a BIG MEET IN True Aussie Title status - hence we are also racing from Fri to get it all in and have also done away with the morning scrutineering so we can start ASAP.  Im not sure there is much more we can do to give you a total experiance but IT WILL BE WORTH MAKING THE EFFORT TO COME TO THIS ONE !!!

So if you enter 1 rider on one bike in 5 classes ( not that its possible but you get my drift. ) Your not paying per event - just the one fee on your bum, the bike or bikes you ride is up to you.  and there for you outgoing costs are again up to you.

 # As nothing happens until the Fri im not sure many will be there before Thursday, but i get that the WA people might be on a " Travel buffer" So I will make a call on the Wed for some kind of place for you guys to stop over be it at the track or in an adgacent paddock, so dont be too concerned about it just yet.  Somthing will be arranged .  Too be far to other competitors, we also dont want a WA Tah mahal built in the pits/ PAddock on the Wed so the other compeditors dont get a crack at a nice spot by the creek or the showers  :O)

# online will be up soon we are just waiting for the MASA to get the link up on there end with the SAMX Site/ online entry system.  But will give you a date pending ASAIK.

#  Its a 40 Drop gate, i have never seen a class with 40 in a championship class for as long as i remeber, if by some freak of nature, and lets hope it happens that there are 40 pre 65 on the line we will sort somthign out.  Given the other classes such as PRe 75 have age groups they can easily be split into 40 blocks championship classes based on ages.  The only outside issue maybe Evo.  But lets wait till we get 40 entries in a class and we will worry about it then.  or IF YOUR THAT WORRIED eNTRER AND YOU WILL BE AT THE tOP OF THE LIST !

# Given there is a big Roast meal on offer at the track on the sat night ( and stuff all is open in the small town)  then i would be more worried about getting that in First and paid on your enrty form rather the worring about the 40 slots. ;)

thanks for the info kerry.  it's not about the Taj Ma Hal, more about just setting up, relaxing after three days on the road, testing bike etc, no more than that.
