Brilliant shots, Don't yah just love the bottom of the downhill... turn or end up through the fence and across the road... Try getting away with that these days in OZ with all the "do gooders".

BTW Brad, scrubbing a vintage bike doesn't look right.... :D

Just got back from the MX Nationals first round at Conondale... it was the Kiwi and Pom show..

Townley was untouchable (30-40 second O/all winner), basically Townley, Anderson (DNFed last race with broken bike), Coppins and Mackenzie (Had get offs in two races when right up there in the mix).

Cannot wait to see Townley O/S in the US, seriously quick Kiwi.......  Early in the season and a long way to go, but our guys really were not in the mix today.

Thanks for the info Rusty and Fab... I'll be putting a line through that idea whilst it's wet... still remember getting all the crap off the bike after CD last year.

Spoke to some other guys that are up at Kenilworth regularly and they said it is shite at the moment as well the trails. Bloody rain... :-\  Simo PM sent.

Johnny, what about that Moto park? everyone complains about the dust. Sure that will not be a problem this weekend although filling in all that crap on web site is a pain in the butt or have I just got a bad attitude??  >:(

Simo, I will call some guys I know and see if they are interested in either option tomorrow.

I will PM you if I can get some of them interested in a Sunday ride.

Cheers

That would be excellent Slawsey but if you can't or don't want to ride Kenilworth track we could go for a trail ride up in the bush if you have a registered trailie?

That could be an option for sure. Going stir crazy at the moment... :(

Kenilworth would be pretty slippery in the wet, it's like hard packed clay

Hey Johnny, so its a bit like Conondale in the wet?? That can get ugly real quick..

Simo I might try and get a few guys I know to do Sunday if we don't get washed away in the mean time,

Just a thought Guys, I was thinking about going to ride park at Kenilworth for a spin soon seeing the “moons are not aligning” with the weather the way it is. I have not ridden the track but have seen it. They have three tracks that look like they could take a fair bit of water and still be fun to ride.  Actually who cares, mud can be fun when this dammed rain does not look like easing up.

I think the tracks look EVO and upwards compatible built on a hillside with plenty of parking.  Don’t know the cost or what the tracks are like with a lot of water on them. Maybe we could organise a ride day up there??

Anybody have any more info on the track and its suitability?

Does MA have a process for formally accrediting photographers?

I'm sure they could make one... More "Red Tape"   :-\

May as well join he rest of the country... it will keep another non producer employed.

Bill he will have to be good to compete with Villapoto, RV just notched another win. Metty did well to keep him at bay for a couple of laps...
Stewart not racing so he does not even have to win at the moment but still finding a way. The guy is a freak..

We used short self tapping screws back in the good old days, for Jofa and Sinasalo mouth guards and Hallman 5 stud peaks. Just make sure the drill size is smaller rather than on the larger side for the screw so it does not flog out. Most likely a lot better way to do it these days but they hung in there for us in the late seventies..
