.... some well practiced down hill off camber gymnastics. I must say , I was cheated by my riding buddies many times on the grass track but as you know the good guy always prevails , particularly after he works out a better cheater line.

I made the mistake of letting them past on my second lap. It really is remarkable that they can kick up so much dust while riding so slowly - I initially thought that they were dragging their feet along the ground, but apparently not.
Then I made the mistake of following their fearless leader up the long hill after the dam, thinking he had some inside knowledge of a sweet line. Halfway up, I realised that he didn't - his journey up the hill was an odd mix tank slapping and swapping... I later came to the conclusion that 99% of the wild and crazy lines you see at a Vinduro belong to him.
Then I saw their (other) fearless leader dragging his bike off a large dead log, about three metres off the course...
They went back to their camp after this, presumably for a Bex and a good lie down.
