reports back here was it wasnt really worth the trip, some mention of dusk bowl and a track knocked up like a car park for a Ft. What happend to the water ?
any one got more landscape pictures, be interested to see what the story was all about on the tracks setout
I did the pre80/85 mx on the gp track and vinduro on the saturday. There was no ugly amounts of dust on the mx track all day and only the second session of vinduro was dusty, as to be expected. you dont water the bush before ya go trail riding..
it rains bugger all these days down here in mexico and they did a great job containing the dust where i was riding. I cant speak for the other riding areas, but the speadway and dirt track was great too.
The GP MX track was prepared awsome, unless u were riding a tricycle around it, i cant see why anyone would of had any complaints.
Some of the jumps are definately to suit modern bikes, but they are only as dangerous as your right hand makes it!
I did get the feeling focus wasnt really on the mx guys,as noone seemed to know what was going on for a while there. it seemed a bit like we were there to make up the numbers a little, but still had a great time none the less.
The road race section looked like it was booming..
Hopefully next year if it happens, they have more riding for mx and vinduro
