When the morons music gets too annoying and yelling at them isn't doing it to make my point I crank up a bit of Rammstein. That seems to settle things down a bit ;D

Wouldn,t work with me I like the stuff.
Probably wind you up just to hear it. :)

They did, then the others went and put it on the right.

If you spend any real time in one, you get used to it very quickly. After a couple of months, you get used to driving either.
The killer is if you've (say) been regularly driving both a manual Euro car and an auto Jap/Aussie car, and then swap into a manual Jap car - its amazing how your (my) brain develops associations like that.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

So you are saying that the two on the other channel aren't Mel and Kochie? They all look the same to me.

Next thing you will telling me is that Today Tonight and A Current Affair are different shows as well.  ???

Me too no problems, ditto when driving a left hand drive car in the US*but....when I swap from the Jag to the Jeep and visa versa that pesky blinker switch gets me almost every time :-[.

*A couple of fellow good 'ol boys own left hand drive US import cars and I must admit it takes me a couple of miles to get my head around the controls and driving one of them on the left side of the road.

Boss just bought a new Porshe.
Sat in the first garage for ages trying to start it.
He had to ring the dealers and ask.
Other customers were blowing horns.
Embarrisin I rekon.
Turns out that you have to put your foot on the brake.
In Kias the clutch is the go.

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

For someone that works in the automotive engineering game, the sooner all MT cars come with left side indicator stalks the better. The situation where one hand is operating the indicator and the other is operating the gear lever is a ridiculous situation. When both systems are controlled by the left hand then only one can be operated at a time with less confusion & distraction.
In addition it would be great when audio suppliers recognise that not all cars are left hand drive and have steering wheel mounted audio control functions and make a move to start placing the main (volume) controls on the right side of the radio would also help. Why we have to move out of our normal seating position to adjust the audio volume is beyond me.
