Sorry NO qualifying.  Sorry  but i have always thought heats and qualifuing was a pile of shit.  IF someone puts there entry in in JUly, books holidays, travells 2,000 KM and then dont qualify even if they dropped a chain in practice on the thursday/fri.  Why after they have done the rioght thing for 4 months, should they be denied the ride....... 

Unfortunately the lesson for the 2 in reserve ATM is read the supp regs and get you entrys in ealy so we can try to make adjustments Sooner, in the last days of entry you should realise you are cutting it fine anyway-  nuff said.

Got the acceptance today with the program. Its all spelled out very clear , good job . Even tells you when to put your kids to bed .     5 ,long lap races on this track will test any-ones  fitness thats for sure . 

YEp tried to make it clear as possible so no one gets confussed about whats happening.

Everyone needs to Check there rider number on the last page of the final instructions if its not there check online incase your numbers have been changed to another preferance ( i rung most folks i think)

Also every one keeps asking for longer races so the later stuff has got 5 laps.  I think all the laps with races will even out so every class is about 10 mins or so long, that way we also get through the 72 events in daylight.

Also note sidecars are going across the hill, no sec hill so check track layout. 
Also i just have to go into MA and pick up your one event licence as well walter so ill do that this week if i get a chance.

It's good to see John Budd's name on the pre 65 entry list. John was one of the guns in the class back in the early 90's on his Triumph but has been MIA for years. I'm pretty sure he's from Mildura and had a bit to do with the first Vintage Dirt Track Nats back in the early 90's. Good bloke....and fast.

Put the 70s in as the rule was intended [and corrected for 2012] and you've got your championship.

All  the bikes are now stickered up on white background with black numbers ,and someone pointed out today that the Husky needs green background and white numbers . How severe is that ? Does damien have to do them all again or is it OK  ? After all we have the transponders now ?

Sometimes in life we just have to do what that  @#$(&^%$#   MOM's GSR's book says to do and then there will be no numbers/background rule war.
Era percific and yep the transponders do break down and we need colours for class destinction.
Its a National title we need to look the part .

numbers and class letter need to be correct, backgrounds are essential as your colour will insure you in the right CC class.  I know its a pain but you can peel them off and save them for your modern bike.  i think you need to be green background and white lettering with a Y in there - but check before you get anything made this time.

the people on the start line and marshalling area dont see any transponder info, and this side of it all is really now for them to get you organised into the right places.  Right era, right cappacity right event.

other option is colour the background in with a kids texta.  if its white it would be easy to colour in with a green texta permant or even water based. -  that would be an easy fix and Quite ok

EVERY RACE IS NOW A SEPERATE RACE THERE ARE NO COMBINED RACES IN THE PROGRAM  ( 2 clases were cancelled instead - pre 60 and pre 75 sidecar) See timetable on back of instructions.

Everything is an Aussie title class "Except pre 78 250 at this time'  - but havent been into MA office today to see last online entries, but a few said they would.  so will confirm Subject to:
