Just rang the Keyneton President and there was some talk about a year ago, but nothing recently.

That said, if it does come to S.A. I'm putting my hand up to sponsor as well.

It wont go to SA unless a club puts up there hand and applys to hold the event
The rules are you need to get the club to apply first to MA then the commission will decide which club will hold the event from all applications.
If an club needs any information I would be more than happy to help out. Please contact me and If I can help

No offence FBC but i think he wants to run this event as an interclub, that way they can run it like a fun event, keep it pre 75 and keep the cost loooooow.  Notice there ar eno bullshit transponder fees and extra bike costs.....  cost me about a grand to do braodford after paying out for all sort including the fees.  i think he is trying to just get off the ground a envent to bring in some numbers to a central scamble.  who knows, you guys need to speak to him.

No offence guys, but don't we all have anything better to talk about than where next years event will be held? Before we know it, forks, footpegs and possibly even sump plugs will be the main topic of discussion next.
Give it a break, we just finished this years Nats, why don't we try to get over the hangover first.

Really need to get the ball rolling for those that have full sx,mx,vmx calenders for 2011 season..I mean some of us have to travel OS.

actually PMC57 if you read back through the thread you will see this topic is up for discussion at the next MA meeting in less than 2 weeks time - so a bit of jostling and coercion is probably appropriate at this time for clubs who might be umming and aaahhhing

Im NOT talking about Franks event,  Im talking about a club standing up and wanting to hold a national event the 2011 Classic Motocross Australian Championship. SA has not held the event for 10 years or so and I would personally like to see a club over there put there hand up to hold the event next year.
