She isn't red pepper it is flame red from factory wether that is much different to red pepper I don't know.

My dad always wanted a gt and could never really afford one he agreed to buy a xw gtho for $5k but the guy decided he would keep it and dad didn't worry about it a fair few were about then.

But we would never do a gt mock up every gt you see now is spoilt because you think it is probably a mock up and you could easy do money on what you think is a real one guys know how to make one.

My grandfather had a mate with a xy gtho and he was driving it drunk and went under a semi trailer and died a few would have been written off.

The xc has had a fully rebuilt motor and it is so lumpy it is an absolute beast I had to start it today to move it and it is an absolute beast. :)

Did watch it for the 50th time too good to see the old bikes as well as cars.

There are a few coupes about was checking them out at the ford show but some of them don't use big enough tyres on the back we have 15x10's and they look great I am pretty sure the coupe could do a pretty mean burnout it still will have to be run in old cars are great to drive the bonnets are visable and they are good fun new stuff handles better etc etc but is not as fun.

makes all the difference, those coupes need to have wide rear tyres. You see the same thing with the Torana's with flared guards and piddly 7" rims? why bother with the flares? anyway back to bikes before someone notices ;D

I am ready to put it together Firko but I probably won't make broadford with it, I will get it done soon I have been buying so many parts I want it 100% right, I will be at Broadford but I won't be riding and it would be a strecth to get the gt done in time but not far away, thanks Michael.

Good movie 'Love My Beast'....it really shows how you can get emotionally attached to cars and bikes.
BTW Michael......I like the vinyl roof too. It separates the car from the smoothtops. This forums 'Bazza' has a vinyl top on his Mustang and I reckon it looks cool.
Bring your gear and have a ride on my Yamahas on the dirt track Mikey.....my treat.

Yeah I really liked Love the beast but he should have kept his coupe original and bought a different one to race the vinyl roof is original nos material it was hard to find it must have been one of the last sold it has so many options not many have the vinyl roof.

Also that 71 tm400 is sitting in the factory looking at me to get it built I found it had a fresh bore too so shouldn't be to much work in that beast.

I will bring my gear Firko that would be great fun to have a spin on your bikes, thanks alot Michael.

One of my biggest regrets was selling my XBGS 302 coupe. It was the original metallic green and gold Goss Special job all factory right down to the fat alloy wheels and all white interior :'(

Nice charga' E74. . . . . . . . . "had" a brown VJ ;D  . . now refered to as the chainsaw . . . .

explaination
me + an idiot mate + dark night + damp roads + too much speed + leaving road at quite a clip = cutting down 1 f'n great big gum tree. ???

hence "had" . . . . 26 years later one of only 2 cars that i miss.

A good, safe long weekend to all . . . please dont turn the shopping trolley (car) into a chainsaw!

Enjoy
