Love the colour of your charger frosty and its coming along nicely.Caps 383 stroker and stock look will be a nice sleeper, good to see someone doing something different from the boring old rb30 turbo in a VL.Don't know why but I was thinking mazda mx5 motor and box in my corolla when the 3k dies,I suppose just something different from the 4age or ca18 that everyone shoves in corrolla's either that or rebiuld the original motor with a small solid cam,bit of head work, extractors and 38mm webber.I kinda think its to good of a car to chop up and its a matching numbers car.

its allways a shame seeing a matching numbers car cut up bu i still prefer a mild hot rod over a concourse resto

I saw a John goss special last year at Moto GP phillip island. I think it was that one as the one i saw had simmons just like that. I spoke to the owner he said that the only non genuine thing was it had a 351 not the 302 - i reckon a could work with that...
Really nice car an sounded like great value for money too.

My little corolla got reversed into by one of the trucks were I work.A company comes in once a week and washes our trucks and one of there employees reversed into my corolla pushed it about 10 feet and turned it sideways $4300 damage got paid out by there insurance and sold the corolla as it wasn't on a writen off register a young bloke that had a project one bought it and is rebuilding it with bits off his project car.So I went out and bought a hr special sedan light blue with white roof, original hustler mags with the spokes painted the same blue as the car,186 with power glide auto original bench seats retrimed with cloth inserts and rear venetian.I've had it lowered get proper  white walls(not the paint on crap) fitted this week when I can get to the tyre place and custom plates have been ordered and on their way(OLI967) with no centre diamond seperater one off payment up here no annual fees.I'l throw some photo's up when it stops raining.Cheers.

That is no good about the corolla but at least it is still getting put to good use not just scrapped.

My datsun is nearly ready to be painted whenever my panel beater decides he wants to finish it up not much to do to the body now all the rust is gone just a couple of bumps left to sort out.
