Good luck with that! Was it in a barn with no roof?

Depend on price id rather get one like that ( not for want of looking still havent turned one up yet) rough enough so you can tidy it up and ride it,  anything too nice and you will be too scared to ride it, specially if it was all tarted up and owed you a fortune.

nice score

It's hard to believe someone let a YZ360 deteriate like that but I guess a few years ago it was pretty much worth nothing. Problem is parts are so hard to get and expensive.

thats what they said about these, how many ended up in the tip after spending a life as a paddock basher and however many cans of kids spray painting them to probally 20 coats of paint

HB - are you aware of www.nwvintagecycleparts.com and www.yamatopdog.com?  NW is usually slightly cheaper and a lot cheaper of postage.

cheers

looks like you are going to be busy hunting down parts. are you going for a race ready rider resto or a full blown?

i want to do her up as a full blown race bike
still make it look good  ;D
probably trick it up something like the one gary jones rode
on dvd backtrack
they were a weapon  :P
remember trevor flood riding one 8)
and i cant believe how light it is 8)
hey hoony spoke to ian foster last night remember him
he rode b grade on yz490swhen i was on my kx500
he still has a yz250a he cant ride now
since the crash at phillip island :-[
after a ty250 petrol cap  same as yz 360 if anyone has on to buy or swap ;D
someone emailed me and told me he thinks there are only 8 in australia
so it must have some history i know the general public did not buy them because of price
most were ridden by sponsered riders this one has had the shocks laid down
has been done properly frame braced etc so it might have some history  ;D
