Ha I Knew it would take long, I'm the arrogant & abusive prick I've got nothin to hide funny how I have had so many good dealings and then I get bad results from 2 forum members only.

Also the barrel was a genuine yz125a piece not a mx125 part as I suggest you check your part numbers tmbill.

Here's the listing anyway so you can find it: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140239960828&indexURL=0&photoDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting

Funny how I even supplied the cast PN 40170 in the listing but I was trying to be deceptive with that. I Totally misrepresented the part as tmbill stated.

May be I'll be Australia's next Rick Doherty.

The reason I have a arrogance and shit attitude is because I'm not a shop and do nice sized pictures (LARGE) and quite a few per listing and usally try and do the right thing to help the buyer.

Then all of a sudden a short email not happy.BLA BLA BLA.

This is one of the reasons I'm getting out of the hole VMX scene as in the last 4 years or so there now seems to be a hole lot of Stephen Gall wana be's and grown men argueing like children. I've seen this happen in Vintage cars too. I think alot of the time it comes down to Jealousy.

I'm actually probably one of the younger people into VMX and sometimes think "what the truck" these guy's are grown men.

I used to actually help alot of guy's find the parts they needed even give shit away I had paid for to help other enthusists out and generally love the thrill of finding the correct parts but lately since I've decided to sell the stuff on ebay I've just coped alot of shit for making money out of this stuff and guy's ringing me quoting fark you made a shitload on this and that.

There would be probably quite a few forum members that may vouch that I'm not a bad guy.

I've even started scaning the post office recipts in case buyers now start to say you haven't sent the item to cover my ass but I haven't had this kind of problem yet.

Oh well shit happens I've bought stuff like $1000 bucks of YZ250G stuff from the states and it never turned up and I just had to cop it on the chin. Pay pay time had expired also to get refund.

Tha BAD YAMAHA GUY or as some people say the suppose yamaha guru that i'm not. ADAM SCARD 0431 20 8800 if I've ripped of any body else just give me a call so I can be a arrogant & abusive prick.
I think some guy's should buy a pink dress off ebay.

It's now got to the point where I would rather burn the shit as I really don't need the money just so I don't get a bad name.
Funny I've even gone to the trouble of driving up to 300ks round trip for nothing to drop off bikes and even parts to people free of charge. Last time I do that.

Oh yeh I'm also the one that burn't Freaky too.

Cya Adam

What I'm the only one that's rude in emails would you like me to post there emails but I wouldn't stoop that low. Or email them to another forum member.

I dont want to use the forum as a playing field for a slagging match , So i will respond to Adams post then retire from the thread :)

Ha I Knew it would take long, I'm the arrogant & abusive prick I've got nothin to hide funny how I have had so many good dealings and then I get bad results from 2 forum members only.

Not just two forum members Adam theres a pattern with your negative feedback ;)

Also the barrel was a genuine yz125a piece not a mx125 part as I suggest you check your part numbers tmbill.

Adam i never questioned that the Cylinder was YZ or MX however i believe that 401 is an MX P/N but i wont argue with the YZ Guru.
My Isssue is that the Chrome in the Bore is damaged & not as you described "VERY USABLE"

See Above
May be I'll be Australia's next Rick Doherty.

Maybe , however i will reserve judgement as Rick Doherty has not ripped me off YOU HAVE ADAM

The reason I have a arrogance and shit attitude is because I'm not a shop and do nice sized pictures (LARGE) and quite a few per listing and usally try and do the right thing to help the buyer.

Adam im pleased you can admit that you are Arrogant and have a shit attitude . Admiting you have a problem is half way to fixing it , well done son  :)

Then all of a sudden a short email not happy.BLA BLA BLA.

And an even shorter reply via Email from you "NO"

This is one of the reasons I'm getting out of the hole VMX scene as in the last 4 years or so there now seems to be a hole lot of Stephen Gall wana be's and grown men argueing like children. I've seen this happen in Vintage cars too. I think alot of the time it comes down to Jealousy.

What are the other reasons Adam ? do tell  :D  With all due respect to Stephen Gall im probably more of a Roger D or Graham Noyce wannabe  ;D
So youv'e ripped off people in the vintage car scene two Adam  :o shame on you son  :-[

I'm actually probably one of the younger people into VMX and sometimes think "what the truck" these guy's are grown men.

Adam Youth is no excuse to behave like an Arsehole  ::)

Good luck to you Adam  :) no problems here if your making money , i just ask that you do it in an Honest way

There would be probably quite a few forum members that may vouch that I'm not a bad guy.

Adam prior to dealing with you i thought you were alright too, I even went into bat for you on an occasion when somone mentioned your above practices in a way i thought unfair

I've even started scaning the post office recipts in case buyers now start to say you haven't sent the item to cover my ass but I haven't had this kind of problem yet.

Probabaly a good idea on expensive items

Oh well shit happens I've bought stuff like $1000 bucks of YZ250G stuff from the states and it never turned up and I just had to cop it on the chin. Pay pay time had expired also to get refund.

Im sorry to hear that Adam , but 2 wrongs dont make a right Son  ::)

Adam are you selling womens Attire as well , im in the market for a couple of dresses for my Daughters :) However i think ill pass this time you understand  ;)

It's now got to the point where I would rather burn the shit as I really don't need the money just so I don't get a bad name.
Funny I've even gone to the trouble of driving up to 300ks round trip for nothing to drop off bikes and even parts to people free of charge. Last time I do that.

Adam son there you go again with that childish attitude  ::) you really do need to lose the chip off the shoulder son .
Burning vintage bike parts wont make you any friends > Adam mate if you dont need the money dont burn them give them to a charity shop and get your self some counciling

Oh yeh I'm also the one that burn't Freaky too.

Adam you mentioned that in an email , almost like displaying a trophy  :-\ Didn't you get many trophies as a competitor Adam ? is that what this is all about

Cya Adam

What I'm the only one that's rude in emails would you like me to post there emails but I wouldn't stoop that low. Or email them to another forum member.

No Adam we can all be rude in emails , but one day you will find its not the thing grown ups do ;)

Oh yeh I'm also the one that burn't Freaky too.

I wasnt going to say anything, but Since you brought it up, and named me - For the record, Yes you where the guy that burnt me.

In saying that i empathise with you TM bill i have seen this side of him first hand too.

I doubt some of the claims you make about your generosity unless there is some pay off for you, in monetary, stature or access.   i have seen your work prior to this and you dont do anything unless there is something in it for you, So maybe less of the holy er than though attitude we are not total morons just folk expecting to be treated fairly, more so since we move in the same circles.

Profit is not a dirty word and im glad you and your fathers collection of bikes and parts built over many years has been a joy but also now made you some money. i have no problem with that.

What i distain is profiteering on things other than the item itself such as postage and handling, unless the item is misrepresented or similar, i can only speak for my dealing with you and it was only factors outside the actual item.  If as you say you drive 300km  to drop off a bike why would you try to charge me to take the item to the local post office amongst other things and then give me attitute when i question why ?  as you apparently will drive 300 to drop things off... or did you make a shit load on that item so it was worth it for you ?

Dont know - dont care really, im just gong on my experiance and the fact that someone else may have ripped you off previously doesnt give you the same right, just because your getting out of the scene, so you say.

Think about taking a step back and not purpetuating the cycle. Do unto others as you would like unto you.   Blaming, defaming and running others down is not how you should treat others even if they have only been in the sport a week or a lifetime.

Your right your no better than anyone else, so cut the holy than thou, butter wouldnt melt in my mouth stuff and move on. I was factual in my feedback but like you turt emails your feedback left was akin to a 8yr old girl. Why ?  it doesnt show on my feedback only yours, its just small minded and vendictive.   ::)

Adam I wish you well in your move up the coast and i hope you got a lot out of Vmx over the years,  if infact you are getting out all together. im sorry that your leaving with such a bad taste, but im sure your love of all old things will allow you to continue to appriecate and discuss good bikes and you will still be around the fold.

I have known Adam for years and NEVER have I had anything but generosity and helpfullness from the guy. and if it was genuinely wrong I am sure he would fix it
More the case than not, people start flying off the handle before the reaserch the facts or ask the question...

(and all this shit for a mere $71?, hardly farkin worth it eh?)

Anouther thing he is right about is, there is way too many "would have been if they could have beens"
in Aussie VMX , couldn't ride for shit back in the day...still can't!, and these seem to be the guys doing all the bitching !

Fark I'm booking my self in to rehab tomorrow and making sure I get a padded cell.

I love the sound of a pissed off Kiwi in the morning.

Get over it BILL.

If these guy's think I was intentionaly ripping them off go for it. That's there bad judgement.

When I received emails or question in regards to the certain item's that if stiffed them I reply "NO" that is it then it all starts.

That's the thing E74 i'm now sick of the bullshit or should I say billshit as this has now gone to far.

Over the years of my involve ment in VMX I have meet some great guy's and true gentle men but for some reason there is always one or two hero's out there.

The thing is I have worked it out there's more to life than old dirt bikes and don't get me wrong I love the things but issue like this with ebay and other club matters I've seen make me think this ain't for me any more.

A flowchart clearly demonstrates the matter FWIW

In the left corner             someplace in the middle            In the other left corner
Your opinion.............................The Truth......................Thier opinion

No one will ever get on in business or in social activities with everyone  or see thier point of view on a matter in entirety and who's to say who has the correct viewpoint? However one could easily mistake this frakas for a ladies bitch session(sorry Alison and other femme's)
No use getting older if you dont get wiser .....just dont whinge about it.

Still think its a lot of hoohaaa over a red dress,
