2014 OZ Classic DT Titles?

No info re comfirmation on either the ACTMCC or MA websites but I guess the question most people want answered is " What classes will be run ?? "

In our local area we still run the Golden Wheels as an inter club challenge Moderns & Classics (Up to 250 & over 250 Pre 85). But I damned if I will go to Canberra for another title on an pathetic surface & slow run meeting (it is like watching paint dry) Good on them for putting in for it but it is not as place I like to ride, Griffith didn't as it is supposed be in a different state each year shame Broadford or Albury didn't but a proposal in.

This has dragged on for way too long, I'm over it. I'm more looking forward to chucking some slow old fatboy skids on my 750 at the Broadford Bonanza now. If Canberra has got the nod why haven't we been informed, surely it can't be that hard to fix up some mistakes in the application form. I want to be really positive about this meeting but I'm finding it really hard now. After the Canberra Clubs Classic Motocross Nats fiasco and now this situation one must ask the question of why these fluck ups are happening. None of the Riverina or Queensland clubs seem to suffer these dramas.

I am determined to remain positive about this years CDT Aussie titles and was hoping they  would be held Interstate on an oil track, or at least on an oil track somewhere.

However, it seems that this years Titles will be at Canberra, so be it. The classes that will be run will be laid out in the Supp Regs, lets hope they are published in the near future.

Firko, it was near the end of July last year before the Supp Regs were available for the 2013 Titles.

Two wrongs don't make a right Foss.........This is unacceptable. With the sup reg problems the Post Classic Motocross Nats has been going through plus this and other fluck ups, to me it seems that MA's bureaucracy has lost its way.

In a perfect world we should already know where next years titles are going to be held.
Also the different state each year thing is a bit hard to handle when most of the top tracks are in
NSW. which are also more geographically friendly to most I would think. Of course you still have top tracks
like Maryborough QLD, Broadford VIC, etc. which come into the equation but the majority are in NSW.
As for classes,... I reckon the slider classes would be pretty easy.
Up to 250cc.    Up to 500cc 2 valve upright.  Up to 500cc 4 valve upright. Simple.

All I would like is an approved date. In my job I have to give 6 months notice to get leave. If it's September I'll need to know pretty soon or some beauracrat will just be sending my Long Service Leave application back stamped not accepted.
