My uncle picked one of those up recently and thought the clutch was slipping up the straight, it was actually the wheel spinning

We can always  make you a copy , now that we made the specs for first one , its easy .

I was far more interested in the motor set up, Ive only race, ridden a basic standard version which hits very hard and wheel spins to much so you put a huge Tyre on them and then they steer even worse. With a new modern ignition and pipe / carb set up I'm sure you could cure allot of that. For me thou personally Ill take a good 390/420 over the twin shock 495 any day.

Use 2 base gaskets and 2 head gaskets, then retard the ignition 2 deg to begin with. You need to bias power to top end and make throttle response linear.

If you use to much base gasket it changes the port timing to much and they hit harder because they dont run clean. Thicker head casket dose help / have played with the standard ignition timing, Flat slide elcetron tames it almost to much.

I did that on the 360 Mugen i had.. smoothed out the explosive short revving power and let it it pull a lot longer in each gear.
