A New Red Racer

G'day all names Tom im 16 been on here a couple of times but basically new i found this bike bout 2 1/2 years ago and this is what its come to so far it hasent been a full on project bike just one for the fun of riding 8) its slowly getting better bit by bit and hopefully it will be a force to be reckoned with on the race track  ;D when i hopefully start racing this year  :-[ as i said fun bike more then a works racer haha so tell me what you think of a father and son labour job  ;) thanks Tom

That's a good lookin' weapon Tom and I'm sure it'll fly like a demon 8).
And there's nothing cooler than a father and son project.
As much as you're enjoying it I'm sure your Dad is twice as proud to be into a joint project with his boy.

bikes a good un and you scrub up alright, but your old man's a bit of a dirty worker, tell him to lift his game.

Nice Bike Tom and good to see you flying the Flag for Team Red.

MarshallMech has a real smick one of them 125RB's in the Victorian VIPER series and he rides it up the pointy end.

me and me dad are hoping to make it to the next heaven race he recently had carpel tunnel surgery so if all go's well i might make the first corner :D CD5 is something me and my dad definately wanna get to not 100% yet cause of money and having the bikes prepared  :-[   , thanks Tom

Congrats on the the bike Tom red is the colour of choice for a lot of guys on the forum and the redder the better, hope you can do CD5 mate looks like being a beauty  ;D

Nice bike tom and the right colour too. You will have some great fun on that bike.I,ve got one the same had it since brand new
After a resto last year i,m having more fun on it now than bac when I got it.

Nice bermshot andy . C,mon tom you have make it to CD5 pull ya finger out and fix that clutch and save ya money for the next month and your there.

G'day all thanks for the replys i was starting to get a bit worried cause i don't see many of my bike around but now i have been reasurred there still kicking  ;D  .Problem with the CD5 situation been thinking bout the problem the bike has with the clutch had a look at the oil the other day and its milky colour back at last years CD4 it did this aswell and i had a spare engine casing at home so i just swapped them over when i got back i think this is the problem every 1 talks about with this bike the coolant eroding through the case into the gearbox oil? if it is do's any 1 have any suggestions on a DIY fix it or what parts do i need   :'(  any help appreciated thanks Tom
