the universal one should fit (like the ones on XR75's) it has a large left hand male fine metric thread.
if you undo the retaining nut you can see if there is internal thread "inside the flywheel" where the retaining nut was.

Retaining nut is now undone hoony, and the flywheel doesnt have an internal tread (that is for the bole type pullers right?)

Ill have a look for a universal xr75 type. The ebay special universal one dad has doesnt fit

Steveo247 , ask at any yamaha dealer or most bike shops the yz80 uses the standard yamaha flywheel puller . if you run your finger around the inside of your f/wheel the threads are very fine if covered in dirt or grease its likely you wont feel them .(tooth brush and wd40 )

As Hoony and iainyz has mentioned there should be a fine left hand thread in the centre of the flywheel, xr75 flywhell puller will fit that thread. Peter.

Super fine thread on the inside of the flywheel will definitely be there as per what everyone else has said.

This may sound a bit dodge, but I rigged up a piece of coathanger to clean out threads like this. You get an offcut about 200 mm long, bend it in half, then bend the last 5-10mm of each end in the opposite direction, so they oppose each other. Then you sharpen the two ends to a flat with a grinder and you've got something you can tension up so it bites into the threads a bit (by opening up the original loop) and twist around in an awkward spot like this to clean out the threads. It's not as good as tapping the thread obviously but it works.
