I've checked a TS90 head gasket against a TS100 head and they are different so sorry the Hodaka/Webco head won't fit.

The funny thing is the TS100 motor is a development of the TS90, the TS100 has a wider stud spacing on the cylinder but the head studs are closer together.

this looks like it could be the go to make the little Honcho's a bit snappier..crank or rotor taper needs to be resized a touch but otherwise it appears a bolt on swap for the TS100 and I would assume TS90 also..maybe even TM75 :P

it's RM80 but from memory all the early RM's used the same stator..will double check that.. ;)

Watch it, Chris.  It seems the 4 screw affair is 'late' compared to the eight screw early variants. Got caught on my 80B.

you know I never even looked what I bolted in Luke ::) normally don't have N or T stuff but someone must have sent me one ;D I've since tried the 8 bolt early '77/'78 RM80 and 250 stators and same deal, bolts up beaut. So long as the corresponding era CDI is used it should be okay yes... or am I missing the obvious?

I'd chase it myself except I've a TS100 and 125 at Nambour to collect asap, 3 months on and I still haven't been able to get up to pick them up :( hope they're still there :-\
