Gees hows that air box in the ali side cover in ben's mates bike #69.  i like it, is that normal or made up kit ?

It has louvers stamped in it.  It is one way of doing it (I think it looks cool!)

It's a hand made bike so it's not like you buy it off the shelf, everything is made to measure.....

Rather suspect if it was a Grimeca, there'd be evidence of some form of linkage on this side, Firko
Correct my friend ;) On second glimpse look it doesn't look Italian.....any more ideas?
it's Italian allright,i had a smaller version, weighed a ton,big caste in steel liner, see the inner middle rivets, magnesium brake plate, but shit no fade, look also at the spoke flanges, they're riveted on,expansion "cracks" around the drum centre finning, can't bloody remember what it was, wasn't Fontana, coulda been early Grimeca,or Ceriani, but i remember who i lent it to 20yrs ago,(i will catch up ;)) :P

This one has been bouncing around the UK auctions.  Last listed in Feb. on Ebay for 10,000 GBP.  No bidders.....

That front mudguard certainly doesn't look 'tidy' for a 10,000GBP bike ::).  Looks like the wrong diameter guard :-[. The rear of it is okay but the front looks odd - it offends my aesthetics :P.

Speaking of Manx decided my rather cool 56 pre unit motor and AMC box was too good to waste in a Rickman so this is the direction I am going.

Have you seen his brother/cousin........ 8)
