Triplex Coatings of Crestmead in suburban Brisbane has kindly donated a ''Bike Resto Package'' to the value of $500.
Triplex's Paul Smith has offered to blast, powdercoat and provide any other of their services to the highest bidder. As a rough guide to what you get for your 500 bucks, Paul advised me that it costs around $250 to blast, prepare and powdercoat a frame and swingarm. I don't understand it Tony, I really don't. There are a lot of Queenslanders on this forum, they all seem to be building something or the other, the deal is really good one yet..........silence. Surely somebody north of the Tweed needs a powdercoating or auminium coating for their bike.

I think if it was paint a lot more people would be bidding. My guess is that the powdercoating is not too popular
