It doesn't have to be powdercoating, Leith.
As I read it, it's simply services to the value of $500.00 from Triplex Coatings in Brisbane.   ;D

Looking on their website, I see they talk about a new generation of high durability powders.
Even if I don't win, I think it would be worth talking to these blokes about what's available these days.

P.S. Thanks to Paul Smith and everyone there for their generousity. I genuinely believe that this deserves better than my $200.00 bid.  :-\

Read the website and see what other services they offer. If this was in Sydney I'd be in like a flash, especially for the zinc and aluminium coatings. I personally prefer paint but 75% of the bikes I see seem to have powdwer coated frames so the popularity of the coating shouldn't be an issue.

fair enough, if you can get any coating done and have a choice then i guess thats good, but i cant answer the question as to why theres not much interest in the auction then.

Let's hang this out for a bit longer. I still live in hope that someone in Qld will realise what a good deal this is.

As we wind down the Noel Clarke fund I still can't work out why this offer is going begging. TonyT has bid it up to $200 but with him in South Australia it's a bit awkward for him. Is there a Queensland local willing to take this for $201? I don't want to make a big deal of this because the Queenslanders have been very supportive of the fundraiser but I'm dumbfounded that not one Cane Toad has shown even the slightest interest in this great offer from Triplex Coatings. Come on guys, surely somebody in BrizVegas is in need of some powder coating or other coatings? What about redoing the pool fence, or the trailer or any bloody thing.......it doesn't have to be a bike.

Hey, I don't mind. At that price it's still a good deal for me.  ;D

But it's an absolute bargain for someone local..............   ;)

Give it 'til midnight and then...Whammo, gone to the man with the IT400 unless there's a late rush. Any more willing to top 205?

Sorry if it's a silly question (the answers probably here somewhere), but how do I pay?

I knew it was too good to be true....I'm still waiting on payment for the powdercoating deal. I've sent PMs and emails to IT400C but haven't recieved a reply as yet. I'd like to have the fundraising all tallied up and the final cheque sent to the Clarke family before Christmas so if anybody knows who IT400C is, could they please remind him?
