At 46 years of age and of average riding abiliy I think I've missed my window of getting anywhere near a high output out of my SILVER BUILT, they are the quentsenual model mxer of the husky long travel models  and are highly sort after by people in the know!  note they will power wheel stand in any gear at any speed good luck Peter! Husqvarna / Re: CR/WR 400 jetting

Of all the Huskies I have raced the 73/4/5 new generation engines are  the least senitive to jetting changes [ in Victoria anyway @ alttitude or sea level/ COLD , HUMID OR DRY] 67 HUSKY IS ON THE MONEY  ! however  I use a 170 main set on the middle clip ,a 35 idle ,and a 2,85 needle jet  30;1 caster based  98 oct fuel and non resister S 8/9 plugs anything else is a waste of money  Note this setup is for a 5 speed cr  on the wr 6 speed I too use a Mikuni. Regards Jimbo

Congrat's to all involved ,talk about  getting the most out of a limited piece of land . The circuit was a blast ! I would of ridden longer if my filter had not dusted-up though i did manage  eight  laps .l loved the way the track opened up in front of you .sometimes if you were not looking ahead for the markers  you just did'nt know were to turn.Overall considering the lack of rain in the area the course held up well ,l found the layout flowed well from first gear tight stuff to wide open straights ,can'nt wait for 3 bridges .Regards Jimbo,

Competition / Re: Whos going to Broadford at Easter
« on: March 31, 2009, 07:00:47 PM »
Have left my entry to the last minute both my riding mates are non-starters but I like the concept . $60.00 plus $ 22.00 lic. fee is great value though with the bush fires and the economy the VIBE just seems off the mark never the less I am going to the vinduro which are always great fun! The event will see Bike lovers from a wide specturm of disciplines come together so I am as interested in seeing some of that action aswell, how long I stay will depend on how much of a good time I am having , so  with that in mind I will through some Huskies on the five bike trailer and head on up.Regards JIMBO.
