take the spring out depress the fork and fill to 150mm befor the top and it should be about right,just need to get the grade of oil right

While you are at it, can you help with what oil to I use in the shocks of my MX250A? They are going off to be serviced this summer but in the mean time I plan to keep the oil topped up until full service is done.

BJJ - which info do you want ?   got the manual, the parts books and the spce sheets and the spec sheets for the spce sheet upgrades

If you have time to scan?,  or I will happily pay for a couple of photocopies or a fax.  Particularly,  I do not know a lot about suspension and if I would spend some money this year,  it would be suspension,  then a little on the transmission.  All related help very appreciated.
