19th and 20th September which is just over two months away being hosted by the Hunter Motorcycle Club. Supplementry REGS should be out very soon

The Hunter club has got this track looking real good for the upcoming event. Had a ride there today along with a good turnout of riders keen to have  look at the track. Even a couple of sidecars having some fun

This will be a great event if the numbers turn up so put it down in your list of must do's. Those of you who attended CD 5 will know how to get there.

Support the Event, Keep the Classic Dirt Track Nationals Alive ;)

Directions to get there on the Link below

Hey Rossco I think there is another round of Dirt Track on the 6 September, before the Nats
witch would be a good chance to use the track before the Nats

A few guys travelled some long distances just for a look and set up bikes so would be a good opportunity on 6th to set up bikes, blew the base gasket out of 400 Maico so now got a little bit of work to do. Hope it continues to grow and get the support it deserves and can carry on from where CAnberra did such a good job the previous year ;)

Rosco,
The track looked excellent on Sunday, fast and smooth, everyone was having a ball.
Its in a central location for travellers, should be a fun weekend.
Joel and I'll have the usual Bultaco's, El Montadero and Pursangs and a CZ for you to throw roost at.
We'll be at the practice day on the 6th for a bit of fine tuning and to test your new base gasket.I could say something about Maico's, but better not !
      Cheers.

Good to see you and Bullmad24 coming up for a ride MOTO :D, could see you were keen again once you got there, I will double check tomorrow that there is a ride on the 06th September, Im not sure but I heard mention  of two meets before the Nats. Will check it out tomorrow and post back up after talking to Secretary.

On another note, Maicos are a very reliable form of transport and I will not have you say anything else to the contrary :-[

Just had confirmation that there is one more meeting on the 06th of September so if your keen, come and have a ride and a look and a great day out.

If you have any queries regarding the NATS or the Hunter club round set down for the 06th September, give the club secretary Glenn Pickering a call on (02) 4946 5151  or email him on [email protected]

Let's whoop this event up to be bigger than ever. It's a great track so let's try and get as many there as possible. This meeting has suffered from a lack of support in recent times so for it to continue as our sports premier dirt track we need all of YOU to enter and be part of the fun.

Who's entering?

I would love to be riding but as I'm only just getting back into things I don't have a bike ready, not to mention physicality, next year is the target for me.
I'll definitely be there as keen observer though.

looking forward to it. will be using a BIG twin this year, hope to stay on track. Yamaha XS has come along nicely, will give it its first outing at Nepean Pre 75 day on August 1an2. Hope the club day is supported.

G'day Kerry, my mate Dave had a ride on the XS last w'end, reconds its better than it has any right to be.We have prepared a pair of XL250's for an assult on that 25 lap race on Sat. at Nepean on August 1.Dave is a wizard, already developed the fastest Xl350 on the planet, now he wants the best 250XL. My 350 is back together, oil pump rotor had shattered at ACT last year. Will try to use 250XL this year, give the CR a rest.Last time I rode the 250XL at Condo I fell an spent 6 weeks off work.Hope to get it to make some more power (using Grasy's bike as a guide). R you going to aust titles-long haul 4 you, eh.If you get to Nepean you might be able to have a ride on the XS, its a club day.
