My question exactly!

Any ideas anyone?

Possibly the JDM 1972 Suzuki TS125T like my bike used the pump and other associated parts from the RV125....

Is the difference between these 2 pumps to do with one having banjo bolt fittings for the oil lines and the other has the push in brass fittings....

What do you guys have in your bikes?

Interested to figure this out....

Andy

Whatever the reason suzuki changed part numbers one things for certain, all the other associated parts are the same as are the cases so it's a good bet it will fit and work. I can't imagine an RV needing more or less oil during use than a TS or a TC  ???

Is the clutch outer basket the same and is it good? mine is terribly worn.... and the clutch plate cover ( has the 7 holes in it for the clutch springs to go through...)

The gear selector shaft? as some idiot welded my selector to the shaft..... >:(

The left side crankcase covers ( the one that surrounds the rotor and covers the front sprocket etc.. and the round rotor cover) mine smashed due to a chain breaking at some stage...

Ummmmmm Thats all I can think of at the moment....

If all these bits are the same and i good nick I'll grab them CG.

PM me if you want, I'll be at work all night till 5am your time......

Thanks dude.

Just had a look now, gearshaft is stuffed water got into the clutch cover and it's pretty well stuffed in there too, I had no mag cover with that engine anyway. An alternative may be a RM125M/S primary, they fit the same but use straight cut gears instead of helical ones. I have a RM bottom end that I need to dismantle for gearbox parts if the clutch is good your welcome to it too.

the selector shafts can be found on ebay all the time and are dirt cheap..usually spot them around the $10US mark or maybe a little more locally. Any used shaft will exhibit some sort of wear unless the owner was switched on ;)
