looks great love the side covers did you have them painted or are they yellow plastic  and i thought the green doc put on them makes it look even better great bike

The side covers were made by DC plastics in a custom colour, in fact they will make any item in their range in any colour from their stock range of colours
(from translucent through to black) So if you want a RED kawasaki or a YELLOW Honda you just have to ask them

No, not yet, the pipe is still at the sand blasters and I haven't fitted the fuel tap yet either (this weekend I'm hoping it will fire up!)

Pipe is ready to go on, and then it can be started, but wouldn't you know it there is just one bloody part missing  .

The exhaust cushion  , a part I have ordered from suzuki and a couple of eBay suppliers, the ones from suzuki superceeded to the exhaust gasket part number which is no bloody good at all as it's a completely different part and is useless at sealing the exhaust, I hope ONE of them arrives tomorrow or I won't get this damn thing running until the June long weekend

Well, I got the exhaust on and YES IT FINALLY RUNS!!!!!!!!!!!

Suprisingly the pipe is not that loud , I'm running a 32mm carb but the kit would have been supplied with a 28mm as standard. The intake port is 32mm in diameter so the 32mm carb is a straight-up fit I just had to buy a new intake manifold thats all.

It started second kick which was wicked
