I guess I'll just roll over them vandy, I'm not a good jumper at all. I'm just entering for the novelty of it.

I was chatting with this bloke on the YZ. I'm sure some of you will know him.
Apparently this track (Mike Hatcher Park at Labrador, Gold Coast) will host the Masters vintage dirt track.
His name's Gavin and he was racing the YZ against the moderns to set it up for the Masters.

enduro event done and dusted. You missed a great event . 20 minute laps included a moto-x lap ( very pre 78 friendly )
I rode the oldest bike there, being my PE 250 x and cleaned up against most of the big bore newer jobys
Me riding partener ( Dave ) came to greif on the first lap, so it was up to me to ride non stop for 2 hours 20 minutes  :o   good ole suzuki ran strong all day only required to change a plug on lap 7 the rest is history
Congratulations to (Guy )  for taking out the Senior class  well done OLD MATE

checked out the moto-x last night held at Reedy creek track at the back of the gold coast.
for anyone that doesn't really know Reedy ck, it's basically and outdoor super~x style track and definately not VMX freindly but yep, sure enough, there on the program was good old pre~75 bikes, evo's and moderns in a variety of age groups under lights in the evening. 8)
as i arrived the heavens opened up and it literally pissed down with rain but the bikes still seemed to be finding good traction with a few falling victim to sucking in water and needing a push back to the pits.
the idea was to have 3 rounds of 5 lap races but the event was called short at two rounds due to the rain. a few forum guys {Donny #13, TonyB} were there riding and may give a better discription than i'm giving here but from a spectator point of view, it was wet, wet, wet.
pre~75 under lights on a super~x style track on the gold coast? who'da thought!
