Suzuki RM125S (1975) air filter element
« on: October 16, 2016, 02:27:53 pm »
Chasing a air filter element to suit a RM125S (1975) either OEM or aftermarket. They are slightly larger OD compared to the RM125M, Suzuki #13781-41701.
Anyone know of options that fit the original airbox?

Thanks in advance

Yeah  pretty sure i put one off a RM 125c on my  "S" which you can still buy from suzuki,  fits really good,  i think it was $48 or so and you get the filter and mesh cage which you toss??

HI Gents,

I have an S model, could not get an air filter to suit the S model for love nor money, the M model is too short and small in dia, the A model is to big to fit the S model filter frame.

Because the U.S. did not get the S model to the best of my knowledge, aftermarket filters are not made if the S model.

I ended up cutting out the gauze frame out of the S model air box, leaving the centre post to later use a A model removable gauze filter frame & filter cap.

This allowed me to use an A model air filter which is easier to purchase & service because the filter gauze frame comes out with the element.

I have an M model Uni filter here & an OME M model air filter as well.

Regards Gibbsy

Unifilter Australia list filters for the 75 & 76 models but don't specify if the 75 filter is for the M or S but they will make a filter for you if you can give them a sample or dimensions.

Many a business will welcome detailed info on parts for different models, with so many brands and models around it's hard to be an expert on them all.
