How about honda rear sprocket rubber/steel bonded mounts, xr200 or just about any small honda. Just bought some from china so i'll have a measure up. Might be 9mm id not 10 but a sharp drill might fix it without unbonding. thought they were 24 od but might be wrong, could be 25. Update [30 seconds later lol] Ebayed & 24 OD--9.3 ID & 21 Wide, i'd guess the 21 is across the centre bit if it's a bit wider than outer bit where it presses in. Anyway-just an option possibly [& cheap]. Question though--did the PE's have [whatdaya call them] heim joints or uniball joints on the left to allow for misalignment due to the offset on the left for the wide QD wheel?. Sorry if i'm talking crap--i'm mostly yamaha but have an XR200 in a twin shock PE250 frame. Well. till it broke the gudgeon eye out of the rod oneday & f"£&'n totaly destroyed it [stop laughing], now it's just a smokey old 185 as a fill in.
