Big K out of action

Looks like Big K dodged a major bullet with a work injury but has sustained serious damage to his left hand with compound bone fractures. Goes under the knife tonight at 7.00 in Bendigo private hospital

Poor Big K, he has been in the wars lately, last year crash on his bike. hope all goes Michael, thinking of you.

Thanks for the good wishes guys. A lesson to be learnt here, was pressurizing a pipe with air when one of the plugs blew off shooting the pipe off like a rocket. Caught me in the back of the hand real hard, nasty gash & I got to see two of the bones in my hand! I only ever use 40-50psi but obviously it's enough to be wary of. A couple of pins & I'm good to go, although I'm not getting out for a while as they are concerned about the bone getting infected after being exposed. 4 weeks in a half cast, then they say hopefully back to full function after another 2 weeks. Will have to have a serious rethink about fixing dents in pipes, the pittance you get paid for it isn't worth this.
