TS185ER Forks

Were the Suzuki Ts185er forks the same diameter for the entire model history?
I found the early 80s models listed as 32mm, but were they ever 35mm later on?

All ER models (and US 80-81 models) 79 onwards are leading axle 33mm. 32mm and 35mm are incorrect.

I don't think they did change the fork size on the ER
The 185ER dont change much as the bike worked well for the marketing program.
Suzuki had other models to cater for people wanting change.

I'm looking buy a pair which the guy claims are TS185 and he's measured them as 35mm.

Just wanted to be sure before I commit......

TS250ER forks were 35mm, so as an experiment you could fit a set of TS250 triples and a DR250S (84-89) set of forks with the disc brake etc.

They are 33mm all the way through. The above site is wrong.
The ebay set are probably 82-84 DR250S (disc brake came in 85 model) if they are 35mm and someones changed them to that.  I take it you are looking at wreckers on ebay AU? Some have lot of stuff incorrectly listed. I have a application book that says 35mm and 32mm too but its incorrect. I saw this yrs ago when i went to order seals and they arrived as 32 and not 33mm. Yes my forks are original, i know the history of the bike and i  personally checked it with a good suzuki dealer. They said the forks never changed. Also last night i checked part numbers online for fork tubes and its still the same to 200? as i need a new set of tubes for mine as they are pitted between triples and new forks are cheaper than hardchrome these days.

TS250ER forks are 36mm not 35mm. I own this model too.Currently toying with the idea of putting the 36mm 250 front end on my 185 since my 250 is getting a differnt front end.

I don't think the guy is a wrecker, but yes, they're on ebay.

yup 35mm 82-84 DR250S forks will slip straight in the RL clamps. RL axle and wheels fit and they are also leading axle
