had a few beers with honest Muz at the Condobolin enduro in 1984. The vic boys took 4 inches of rain with them and took home the teams trophy. it was a shame when he left ADB, he had a great sense of humour!!

a friend has a moto villa 350 that was supposedly Alan Cunynghame's bike, trying to track him down. Any assistance? (this is for those that only read the last posting ;D)

Alan had a bike shop in Bathurst or Orange, can't remember. He may still be there. He used to campaign a XR 350. This is what he was riding when I used to ride with him in early eighties. He was hanging around my sister in law. Shhhh.

Hans was the Husky team and geez that Chris Cater could punt a bike along and for that matter still can. Outstanding alround sportsman and top bloke that one.

Is anyone aware that Hans Appleglen just completed the London to Sydney marathon in his vintage volvo. Finished well with his brother as navigator. Another top fellow who is still very fast on a dirt bike.

Missed that - but am impressed.
I had a very, very small part in John Henderson's prep.

Funny thing,
My mums friends husband came to our riding ranch a few years back for a bit of a put around, Mum said he was an oil distributor for bikes, he had this squeeky clean husky with moose tubes. Had a good afternoon. Anyway we found out later who he was, the guy turned out to be Hans Appleglen.
