I like to spread the love around.... I've got YSS, Gazi, Ohlins, Arnaco, and Works Performance on my bikes and recently bought a pair of 14 series Progressive shocks that retail for $599 for $100 in almost new condition on vft.org. I've been using Works Performance since I bought my first pair at a swapmeet in California in 1986 and that original pair and the five other sets that have come along since have performed admirably to the point that I recently rebuilt a pair that didn't need it just for the practice
.
All of the shocks I mentioned are fine products but with me it comes down to reliability, the ability to rebuild them myself and performance, so in my less than expert opinion the Works Performance win out.
