I've never dealt with these Maxwells however my neighbour bought a DG pipe off them for his 400T. He tells me he got the right pipe (and muffler) within a week of order. J

Ordered a complete set of yz125h plastics off this guy on ebay 15dec. Last year. Front and back guard turned up but no side covers. Emailed him a couple of times and I get back "they will be going out in the morning" probably a line he gives everyone. I wish I would have read this thread before ordering off this clown and ordered plastics directly from dc plastics myself never had a problem with them.

I ordered a pipe and muffler from them, and hoped for the best after reading the comments. Postage from US suppliers was crazy.
It arrived within a week  :)

Parts i ordered finally turned up today. :) Postage really slow but eventually received everything I ordered. It was a lot cheaper buying from him rather than paying postage from America but a bit of a worry as the weeks go by an no delivery. I have bought items from him before and never had a problem

Well finally I got the shits with the ATAC on my cr125re. Pulled the trigger and ordered 2 sets of the works fork guards and a DG pipe.

2 days later one set of the guards arrived at the front door 3 days from order the pipe turned up
About 10 days later the second set of fork guards arrived.
Well after a below average experience last time this time was just great!
Maybe they read the forum so good on them for improving the service and plus it looks awesome!!
Check it out

This company is a joke!
I sent a order for some tools that were listed on his website. They took my money and I never a month had pasted ...and I had not received a anything in the post.
So I sent them an email, asking what was going on. And what the status was with my order of my tools.
So I received a email saying that the girls that work for him are on holiday and that he needs to wait until they returned to confirm the status of my order.

I could not believe the reply! So I asked him could he not check it himself?

About a week later he replied and said that the tools were not in stock, so he would refund my money.
2 weeks had past and no repayment of money!
I then decided to call them. A guy answered the phone who claimed to be the boss.
He apologised for the delay, and said that they now have the parts in stock. That I ordered and he could now send the tools or give me a refund.
So I decided to give the guy a go, and go ahead with him sending me the tools that I ordered and already paid for.
Yesterday a parcel finally arrived at my door. Containing 2 tools inside the box (I originally ordered 5 tools) 1 of the Tool was correct to what I order. The other was not! And 3 others were missing!

I will never deal with this company again!
Shithouse customer service, and a bloody waste of time and money.

Not recommend.

I've never dealt with them but I hear a lot of mixed things about them on here .

Does anyone relay to who ever owns the business of the feed back he gets on forums . He seems to spend a bit on advertising and yet I never hear lots of people who dont have a good word to say about them .

Like I say I have never dealt with them so I have no first hand experience , but I would think twice before dealing with them due to the feed back I see on here .

I tried a couple of times to deal with another major importer of VMX stuff in Aus and never ever had any success , not good or bad but never responded to emails . I deal direct with suppliers in Europe and the US and find its much easier . Others inc a number of people over here deal with this guy with no problems  ( save they seem to pay more than what I do due I suppose to double shipping  :-\ )

A bloke I cant recommend highly enough is GMC , always a great product , great service and if you rush him he will tell you to get fuct in the nicest possible way  ;D ;D ;D And hes a fan of the Green ones  8)

Bought new montesa VR guards, they are crap guards, I don`t know where he gets them, the rear was cracked, he promised to replace it, never did, I will never deal with him again. it amazes me how they stay in business.
