Sounds like a song doesn't it, but where have all the Bultaco's gone?, up here in Bris Vegas there use to be a few come to meetings (TM Bills mate-Bultaco Bob for one and there where others)....the only time we see any now are Donny Newell's.....now to me there not ugly ducklings like CDeds and Montessa's
so where are they?. They where pretty popular back in the day and they were not overpriced, were pretty reliable, did well at Enduro as well as Motocross, I think the dealer/parts back up was OK. How are the Southern States going as far as numbers go?. I know there are a few big collectors that have huge collections of them but surely there must be 100's of them sitting in sheds being neglected? So who has a mate with one or more collecting dust?. BTW, they are probably the easiest bike to get parts for for a restoration....I like em....just don't have one. Harry Everts, Bengt Aberg and Jimmy Pommeroy all raced them at GP level and won races. They may have not ever won a World Championship but neither did Maico. Wasn't there some sort of Bultaco register a few years back that had an event each year?....where have they gone?.....someone must know the answer.
