Finally fired it up, albeit with an Alpina motor. Really the ideal combo for trail ridin, but the fresh Alpina is way too lean on std jetting with that Circle F pipe, and i don't have the time to sort it. Plus it is required elswhere.

Have just started to rebuild the Frontera motor. The Bore has a small approx 2mm x 1mm deep nick, not sure on the repair options, any suggestions? (it is +2 now)
Also, the primary chain tensioner is missing. I was told that this is ok on Fronteras and Pursangs?

There is someone in Midwest USA who can resleeve  a cylinder. One of the US guys may know, I know of someone who sent his over from Oz to get it done.Will try to get his email for you.

Apart from that, try SERCO in Brisbane.
