We will have the Post Classic Nats in Qld next April, which gives everyone plenty of time for the sidecars to plan.
Also Classic Nats in SA where local and WA pre75 (or whatever the 2014 MOMs define as Classic) numbers should ensure a good entry.

After butchering an XS engine into Ronnies Wasp, I not sure anyone wants to bother any more and you better be careful the same doesn't happen to your "commitee"!

Except it had already been 'adjusted' and sold as a Wasp built special for a 750/4 motor. It was no easy task.

So tell me Wally, have you ever heard of an organiser cutting a class before all entries had been counted?

EML, You speak of "everyone " as if you are a spokesperson for the sidecar group.  I enjoy watching the sidecar races, they're totally insane, wouldn't do it for quids.I'm sure the majority are good hardworking guys who love to race, and see the rulebook as a useful guideline, not something to whinge about all the time when it doesn't suit them.  Entry dates are advised in plenty of time, so most are able to comply.  Comments such as yours do you no credit.

Yes Mike, we were told of the cutoff date, it was in the regs, that is what they are for. We had some guys overseas but they knew they had until midnight tonight to get in.....end of story.
Pretty obvious they didn't want us.

Wally it is an RT15, same as mine.

You where bragging off at a bmcc event you had 5 chairs ready and only needed one more. Move on before you stuff it for the ones that do turn up to events and make the effort.   ;D

Dont buy a hack because it is cheap , buy it or build it  for the period , you have no hazzles and you get more when you sell it

Scary!!! I actually agree with Wally!!!! but I don't own a sidecar anymore.....

That is great to see Pete,  it is a shame that the sidecars aren't running, IMO rules are rules and if they had late entries till a certain date then that's what it should have been no ifs buts or maybe, I would bet my balls if Pre 70 or any other class only had 3 entries a week out they wouldn't have got the chop, what a crock of shit, sorry Col MA MQ who ever made the decision you forked up plain and simple.

What I'm saying Walter is don't change the rules on entry to suit one and not the other, rules of legal or not bikes different kettle of fish, but seeing where talking about rules, yes abide by the rules, but to close entries early not on sorry, by the way racing today bloody good, track looked fantastic, I will give a bit of a report in a day or two.....

Popeye , I think it would have been the usual struggle to get the KOSHER  six anyway. Wheeling observed trails sidecars on the lines as an emergency to get the minimum six entries is really a emergency . Turn this into something positive Popeye . Sit down with the boys and work out what class you want to run and support . Once you hace decided ( pre 75 pre 85  or moderns ) then go for it united  and stick to it . That is the only way to get strong .Ohh and while you are at it , perhaps change or tune the "spokesman "  ;) See if his constant bickering und stirring could be turned into something positive , that would help the sport alot too .
;) thats the spirit  ;D
