Great photo's!

Great shot of me on the Husky (Blue WR240) fording the mighty Crawford Bog that caught a few over the weekend.

Thanks for that, not often I get my mug in print (screen) showing my lack of talent.

I'm sure I brought home 10kgs of that Bulahdelah gold!

Cheers Tim #909

Nice pics Rod , thanks for posting .

You caught this one of  Me enjoying a couple of laps on my mate Lazs' 430 auto  .
Shoey & Laz  were right ...........These auto things are so easy to ride .
   I might just buy one.

   Regards ,

Husky XC feels great   ;D ;  good smooth power  for a 500  & easy to ride .
On the Saturday I took it nice & easy , to run in / get used to bike . ( rode my IT490 afterwards as well to compare)
  Sunday I was really feeling comfortably settled into the Husky  &  kept thinking to myself ;
" I should have got me one of these things long ago."
   Very impressed   8)
I might just buy another one .
(trying convince My mate Laz to sell me his 430 Auto )

Don't buy the auto unless you have all the time and money in the world... despite what Auto owners tell you, unless you can pay Paul Rooney to follow you around, they always seem to have some sort of internal stuff up....

Don't get me wrong, I love riding them, but café husky is littered with pics of broken springs, o'heated clutches and other auto related issues.

And it is the greatest shame as the concept is fantastic and once you've ridden one, the bug is there. they sharpen your riding style up no end as the freewheeling shows just how much time you spend doing absolutely nothing in a corner when you could be braking and or accelerating...

Operating rules are extensive... use only the most expensive oil in the universe and change it every 32.45 km etc etc ...don't soft throttle it, only wide open... (new tyre every ride :P) and don't get stuck on logs or bog holes or the clutches will cook :o..... That's me out :D ;D

Its a more secretive club than the masons is the auto owners club and they speak in their own language.

Id get a single shock 400 or 430 manual and enjoy riding..... save a fortune on phone calls to Paul R

(no offence intended to the auto owners club as id like to join, just cant afford membership)

Heretic: a professed believer who maintains religious opinions contrary to those accepted by his or her church or rejects doctrines prescribed by that church. The church of the Husqvarna faithful charges you with Heresy; the faithful will go easy on you if your plead guilty, though you must sell me your WR400 for penance.
