Riddle me this ref?

Gallon goes in for a tackle on Nate Miles and gives him a nice love tap to the side of the head with his forearm, no big deal this is origin after all, Miles gets up and plays the ball pushes gallon and tells him to piss off...or words to that effect, again no big deal, then standing in open play Gallon clocks Miles square on the chin twice  :o Next thing you know the ref dawdles over Gallon goes on report for a swinging arm in the tackle, but nothing is said about two blatant punches to the face for no particular reason. WTF ??? ???
Since when has a forearm to the ear been bad and a smack square on the jaw isn't ?
Sidenote: that Waterhouse bloke makes my skin crawl.

There'll be all sorts of Queensland "we wuz robbed" bullshit but the truth was NSW played 'em off the park. As far as Gallen's love taps on Miles, if ever a player deserved a punch in the chops its Nate Miles. Spend a bit of time watching what he does in tackles and see why nearly every other player thinks he's a grub. If you watch the three or four tackles he made before Gallen clocked him you'll see why Gallen did what he did. Any way, who cares, NSW won. ;D Two to go.

With regret this born and bred Victorian does recognize the names and terms used :o Blame my brother in Townsville for this gross indiscretion. (Townsville Cowboys that's a sad story....)
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Seemed to me that Qld only showed up to have a run......just check the interview with Smithy as the run off at half time....he was all smiles.
As for 1/2 Gallon...what a dick..if you were going to punch Nate Miles why pick his head....you my as well go into the change room and punch the block wall. And only a whinney sook carries on to the ref like Gallon did....even in under 10s

You must still have some morphine residue in your system John......I can't find it on here at the moment but earlier in the year I made some football predictions that you foo foo'd and said something about my experiencing more and more senior moments. Once we get the State of Origin back and knock over the British Lions in the Rugby, it'll be time to get back the Bledisloe Cup from Unzud and I'll be proven to be the predictive genius you deep down knew I was all along ::). Let's not forget the Waskally Wabbits winning the Wugby Weague Pwemiership as well ;D (pardon the Elmer Fudd impersonation)

Whinge Whinge....At least Myles has evolved enough to not shit on hotel floors anymore, instead shitting his pants just as he did after mouthing off to Gal.

Q - Why pick on Nates Head?
A - Because he has a reputation of leading with his head when the opportunity is right, read into that legal headbutt.
Myles is a big time grub, Gallen is certainly no angel but at least he did it face to face.
I'm cert not crowing because the Maroons have a once in a hundred year team at the moment but the resolve of the Blues was awesome last night.
