The crazy watering regime is pretty standard issue at nationals.
Maybe Boradford was worse than normal, but not by orders of magnitude.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

WEM ran the event, Mitchell Club supplied volunteers to marshal.  The staff at the track will only do what they are told, I instructed them how I wanted it watered last Sunday and I have never had so many riders comment on great track conditions.
