Yeah Graeme, this year there are about 5 clubs invited but for the cost of a lobster anyone from anywhere can join one of those clubs and compete.
If the interest is there maybe one day it could be an open meeting series, how good would that be.

I was part of the breakup of the 1 Man 1 Club Rule 30 years ago,
so that these events could happen,
But the integrity of Open Meetings should not be compromised,
They involve investment, commitment and need to be protected,
It is difficult for riders like Hunter Anderson, Mick Kirkness to be in two places at once,
It creates many difficulties for Administrators as well,

Good News, Bad News, Good News,
Fullnoise.com.au carried the story on the Series, thanks Garry,
but unfortunately has the Series starting this weekend,
So it will get twice the coverage when they run the correction tomorrow,
For my Bultaco loving friend, I am up to 6 riders and entries don't close for 4 weeks,
and we haven't even told any Spectators yet that it's only $5 to get in to watch,
That has to be the best Value in Sydney...

With entries closing tomorrow if you are considering riding, get them in.

I am recovering pretty well and considering entering and just riding around at the back   
Everyone is telling me I am f***ing stupid but it beats doing a one legged rain dance for the next week 
Now that would be just too selfish 

And that little matter of a medical clearance.

Does anyone know what's happening with the proposed CPMCC training day at Nepean on the 23rd March? I have not raced dirt track for quite a few years and would like to get a few laps of practice in before the flag drops on Sunday.

I spoke to Aldo from the club this morning & it looks like they have filled all the training spots.
Looking forward to going around at Nepean again. I haven't ridden it since 1975 so I guess I will have to pay lots of attention during the sighting laps

 Good entry list for race day Sunday!
 
 Last minute rush on last day (of entries close) and day before.
 
 Looks like the penny has finally dropped regarding Pre-enter if you want minumum delays on race day.

 Also, big prize money is not the only draw card!

 Should be a great day, lets hope N.M.S.C. faces up to its obligation to provide a well prepared venue to its hirer-'customer' and not load up Penrith clubs hard working volunteers as has been the recent case it seems.
