K70's,but don't think they do 4.50 rear, only 400,(someone will correct me :D),best rubber for the low cost $'s,maybe 3.25 up front to slow the steering down a tad?, :P

I like the desert sled concept Jimson. I'll have my DT1 desert sled at CD10 so we should get some photo's of 'em together ;D. I'm fitting Swenco leading link forks, 19" front with 400 trials tyre and period correct Curnutt shocks to mine for that old school desert look and feel. I'm using Nathans old DT1 racer as a base and it won't have any bling whatsoever, all patina including an original tank with a 1971 University of NSW Kensington campus gate pass sticker still intact ;D. Jonesy's hoping to have his Triumph Bonneville desert sled there as well.

Firko if Hannibal is ready for CD10 I would be more then happy to get some photos with your sled I don,t know if mine would be in the same league as yours though. That pic you put up looks cool. I,m thinking a trials tyre up front and a old school nobby on the back. Jimson
