Time to make some baffles for Hannibal, I've had this bit of drilled out pipe in my stash for about 10years lol & a quick trip to Bunnings for some washers. Jimson

They seem to slip in, with the outside washer being larger it stops the baffle from falling into the pipe. Jimson

Thanks Bill, it's always going to be a work in progress. I love the motorcycles of that era & the way they were adapted for what people wanted to use them for... Jimson

Well the old carbie manifolds were leaking air & cracked. The after market ones didn't put the carbie in the right place. So I thought I could make some from the existing manifold. So out comes the wire spitting grinder to do a clean up job. Jimson

Now with the rubber cleaned away & a metal base to work with, I've cut some gal pipe with the right OD & ID to work with. Jimson

Now I asked my son Tom to weld them, as I can only stick weld & he can tig. Not looking to bad I'll check how good they line up to the port & give them a heat proof coat of black paint if all is good. Jimson
