Yamaha shop for the gaskets.
Ebay for the rod kit.
Your local bearing shop for all your engine bearings.

You'll probably find one bearing can't be bought from the bearing shop. Look o/s for it as yamaha will charge you $80 for a $10 bearing

Is that the needle roller that takes the clutch actuator ?

Stupid Yamaha and their bodgy bearing sizes  >:(
Looking for YZ250C parts NOS if possible

it was a while back now that i did my 125F but from my vague memory,
the Yammie bearing is 11mm wide and the bearing shop can do one the same but 12mm wide.
after measuring it all up, the 12mm bearing fitted.
2 seasons on all is good ;)

All roller bearings, bar the gearbox needle rollers & conrod bearings, can be bought from bearing joints. OEM are better for the crank but 4X as expensive, if you use aftermarket ask for C3 bearings for more clearance. Gearbox aftermarket ones are fine.
Conrod kits are plentiful on ebay but look for IT 125/175 about pre 81 & DT125/175 right up to late 80's All the same a & way cheaper.
Yamaha shop for the gaskets but aftermarket kits are available on ebay pretty cheap.
