Thats good but the one to use has a longer arm on it so the clutch pull will be 1 finger (hopefully)....we are making the plastic screw part and that will come with it. If you have that one, how long is the male helix? Cheers.

This is the first prototype in plastic, the yellow on the botton of the cover wiil have that section removed, its too close to the gear lever. The real ones will be made from 6061 alloy. The clutch feel even with the plastic flexing is way more positive and the lever returns very snappy like a modern bike. There will be a cover for the adjuster. The clutch pull is way lighter, I dont know what they where thinking when they made the originals. Tell me your thoughts fellas.

Excellent! Assume the top is open so there is no interference with the chain at full travel?
When and how much?
Cheers

That reversed fitting looks familiar..... ian it works.

If your taking the bottom section out then take the right end section out otherwise it's going to look unbalanced.
Can you incorporate a threaded section or ability to take one for the lover cable outer.
Can you creat a case saver or derailer in the top section so the chain can't Spool up in to the clutch rod, even if you make it alloy backed onto the mag so we can weld a plate in there and put a hole in the flat for the clutch rod to pass through.
The shape of the 2mx is the perfect design to follow as the shape cover everything and room for the gear lever.  D you have one or seen one ? Suss one out

Davey - looks good - big isn't it  ;D

One question - since the sprocket cover is so important - is it OK with such a large open area?

Also - Yam Gurus - does anyone have a spare LH crank seal they would be prepared to sell - I am struggling to find one.  Have a RH on the way though?

Part number 93103-30044-00.

Cheers

Your probably right the open areas at the back would get a lot of shit stuck in there like sticks and stuff.  I'd be inclined to close those down in size and shape
