any condenser intended for points ignition will work. I usually browse at the auto electrical shop to find one that is easy to mount and has a long enough cable. Try to avoid buying an old one (ie NOS genuine - made in 1975) because they have a finite life

Mount the condenser at the coil under the tank instead of at the points. It is cooler, easier to change and you don't have to find one the samne size. It also gives a little more room at the points for adjustment

Geezus Mick  :'( last time I dive in. OK forgot the bloody 'work of the devil' 4st hondas already had the condensers at the coil. Should have remembered from my SL100 and XL250 days from 1972-74. OK mount the bloody thing where you want ;D ;D
