THink your spewing the numbers are down, we have to travell half way across the country and the eastern staters seems to have flaked out.  I just got  the list today and its not even a page full ????  where did you all go ?

IT will be the easiest year for some of you to pick up a title with many classes lucky to make the 10 min numbers............. some dont even have the age splits.

Its a bit of a sad state of affairs.  I wanna thank the ACt club for hosting the event for us, but i cant believe the total lack of interest and comittment from the riders.

Its so sad.   its oly one event you have to do a year like the CMX nats --- i dont wanna lose the DT nats !

where have all the entires gone.............. Man wish i had more bike to ride.     :'(

So you bought that Hagon TM Freaky, I thought of you the momment I spotted it.
There were no bids, you must have made him an offer he couldn't refuse?

P.S. Now I'm kinda glad I didn't have to bust my arse to get my pre70 250 ready. Disappointing that numbers are down but hopefully we can rebuild from this experience.

the one i bought wasnt advertised, its going to be for the jawa :)

MA has a lot to answer for, for double dipping the permit fees. There's no sensible reason to split the divisions in dirt track as the competitor numbers don't warrant it. The more I think about what happened here, the shittier I get >:(.

yep,we were one big happy family,no fugging problem with that!!,ok we 'might' now get more age races,(whooopee)but that certainly didn't work this time round, basically all in over 50yrs,no super seniors (one off abberation this time),no over 60's either,if anything needed splitting (besides vmx) it's "historic" roadracing, period fugging 6 for christs sake!!,theres your pre 90!!,lets see "them" apply the same rational (don't hold your breath!!) :P
work, the curse of the racing class!!
if a hammer dosn't fix it,you have a electrical problem!!

Weather forecast is maybe a little better now - probably wet Saturday but fine Sunday, so can't be all bad. 80 odd entries must mean around 90-100 bikes so we should be looking at a pretty good weekend's racing. Looking forward to checking out all the action and trying to be on my toes enough to get those starts!!   ;D

Good luck to everyone who's riding, let's have a fun safe weekend.

I'll finally catch up with you tomorrow Graeme,.
The starts will be easy, Foss's lip starts to curl up on his left side just as he's about to push the go button.

Pissing down rain all day but a well run event. Good to see Slidey, Jim, Freaky, Pete and Grasy, and a bunch more regulars.  Because of the rain I think they turned the event into a one day show but I unfortunately had to leave after the final round but before the finals because of a prior committment so I don't know who won what. I congratulate everyone who raced in those conditions, it was a testiment to the riders slick track skills that there weren't more crashes. Congratulations must also go to the flaggies and officials (especially Foss on the startline) who stood out in the drizzle and rain all day.

All went to plan yesterday despite the constant light rain. Clear blue sky this morning should see some great racing.
