Good luck with the op and recovery Mark,the best thing i have learnt is to listen to the physio,dont try and do to much or to less,just do what they say and you'll be running around like a teenager in no time.

Nothing worse than chronic pain Mark, it will all go well I'm sure mate and I have heard good reports about the knee op so all the best with that later. All the best from the bush mate.

Firko - Vicki has had one knee and two shoulders done - much better after the event - hope you get the same benefit.  Don't forget to let us know how you go???
