Did you know Firko that 80% of patients "interfere" with themselves after the op in the recovery room whilst the anesthetic is wearing off! Good luck mate. Let us know how you go! Jerry

Thanks folks.......I've been whingeing and whining for so long you're all probably as sick of it as I am. ;D The operation couldn't have come at a better time, I've pretty much had enough of the 24/7 pain and the mind numbing drugs that no longer seem to work. The pain will now hopefully begin to wind down and I'll eventually be back walking and riding my bikes, (both push and motorised 8). ).Once I'm back walking properly again I'll be back in hospital for my trick new titanium knee so this year's the big sacrifice on getting everything fixed up so I can start to enjoy the sport again.

Good luck with tomorrow's op, is titanium the best material to use in your knee though?
Has someone tested Titanium knees over Drunk's Hill?

I have a titanium screw holding my collar bone together. It's made me lighter and faster. I have thought of having all my bones replaced by with titanium. Is that a problem with scrutineering??Jerry PS It doesn't get picked by security at the airport. Makes me feel like I'm putting one over the system PPS Just had a thought, a titanium discussion might lure Ji back!
