What do you reckon I think it's a thing of beauty, all in the eye of the beholder.  got to start on the motor next though still looking for swing arm bits, the chain tensioners or whatever they are called as i had to cut the swing arm out and one is weleded to the swing arm and the swing arm bushes, anybody help

frame has been painted, the plastics supplied by Ben are absolute first class though i might have to go back to him to get a seat and base, to do this properly.  they are brilliant ben  Frame still to be cut

The glass looks great, I especially love the colour, something different to the usual US Racing Blue.

By the way I've picked up a nice little frame for my new 360 Maico oval barrel engine. I want to build it for the pre 65 class so I put an ad on Marks Swapmeet looking for a Bultaco M11 (Bultaco Petite Metisse) frame. I got one positive reply but that was enough. My new second hand Bultaco Metisse frame is now enroute to Oz. I've got a complete set of fibreglass left over from my last Petite Metisse project, Betor and Ceriani forks and a pair of Rickman Zundapp wheels so now I've got a frame I've now got the bits to build..............................

I cant take the credit for the fibreglass.  My friend makes it.  It is very good quality.

One thing I discovered while rooting around with my Micro Metisse is that a Maico swingarm comes mighty close to being a bolt in. I'll probably use one on my Maico Petite Metisse to aid wheel/sprocket alignment with the Maico motor....and that fact that it doesn't come with a swingarm. ;)
