.when you place this special into pre '75...where does the exhaust fit ..??
My TNT had a pre fix of 6 on the headstock so people reckon it was a '76 build but it was visually identical in everyway to a '74 and the 250 engine didn't change I believe until '79 or so (stand to be corrected). It had a low pipe and Don Newell at the time said there was nothing illegal about it and Steve New owned/ran it before me including I think at Cherebah Oz titles.
For the life of me I can't remember who bought it from me, Gosso maybe? Jikov may remember, maybe you can copy that pipe and carb setup if the owner is willing, it worked very well.
Shit it was a brilliant engine btw, none better in it's day and awesome even by modern standards thats why it went unchanged for so many years, nothing but the best for snowmobilers!
Oh sorry Mate, just realized you are talking about your Camaico, thought it was about the later Can Am works bike with the up pipe.
