Drum Brake Arcing(skimming)

Anyone know were I can get a drum skimmed in Sydney or surrounds? It is a complete wheel. Curly

Now there's an 'old school' engineering firm ;D. I have been down Fairfield Road in 30 years. I wouldn't have expected them to have survived. Although they deserve to. Put lots of car work through them. Great service and never had a prob with them.

duh,fugging memory  >:,Burt bros it is,did my matcho front wheel when the green linings finally wore out,if you asked real nicely,you got the "politically incorrect "race linings,but this was some time ago,(10ish years),after that ever time i hit the front brake i got a whiff of "burning clutch",top job but!!, :P

Last time I drove down Fairfield road I was surprised to see Burt bros  still going.  Like others on here I used them lots inth '70s, good service.

i know they were still there about 6 years ago.they were doing the mechanical work on a truck i was driving in my last job in syd before i moved to brissy.also delt with them for blue slips and brakes when i worked at villawood truck sales.always good workmanship from them never had a problem in 8 years or so dealing with them.cheers gary

He has a mother too, her name is Mrs Burt.
What I meant to say was, Burt is their surname I think.
